Our OEM remanufactured pumps not only have higher output (flow rating) than the aftermarket, but also have much higher quality components internally. All of our parts are American made, as well as American steel and heat treating.
We see lots of the aftermarket pumps turned in as cores, with most having low hour usage on them. What we find during inspection when disassembling the aftermarket pumps is that the heat treating and machining tolerances are nowhere near the original manufacturer specs.
