Excellent business to deal with! Technical support on the phone saved me a ton of money. I have purchased 3 different pumps from KinTec and all are working like new now. Jerry actually helped me out on diagnosing one of my other machines and told me it wasn’t the main pump. It was something else. Fixed that machine after following his advise. Saved me a ton!

Had a pump break down at a crucial time on our farm, sent the broken pump to them and had it rebuilt and back on my doorstep in under a week and our tractor was back up and running. Granted I paid extra to overnight it. But that’s great fast service.

Looking at how they rebuild these pumps they are built better then from the factory. Makes ya wonder if these tractor manufacturers purposely put subpar parts to make money on replacements. I don’t see worrying about this pump anytime soon. Too bad they don’t rebuild more then pumps.

I shipped my pump ( John Deere 410C ) to Kin-Tec on a Friday from Hillsborough NC got it back the following Friday. Very quick turn around, put the pump on today (Saturday) everything seems to work great. They were also less expensive than anyone else I could find.

Prompt and professional service. My dealer inspected my tractor multiple times and reported all within specs.(and charged each time). Kin-Tec diagnosed over the phone and lead to grossly overlooked clogged master filter in oil reservoir. Kin-Tec accepted a full return on the unnecessary pump. Saved me thousands. I highly recommend them.

Kin-Tec Industries are the best. I had a large 150 pound John Deere hydraulic pump in for repair at another hydraulic rebuild facility For six months and they came kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn’t get it to work. So finally I got the pump back After months of runaround and send it to Kin-Tec. Kin- Tech completely rebuild it and had it back to me in three weeks? they helped me troubleshoot a few other issues that I had and had it running in no time. I really appreciate their concern for my issues and helping me work through them. The charge for repairing the pump I thought was minimal and the service help they gave me in resolving my other issues was a lifesaver. I am so glad I found them.

Kin-tech went beyond the extra mile for me. I was out of state and accidently ordered the wrong pump. I did not realize this until I went to install the pump. I thought I had a John Deere 410C, Turns out it is just a 410. They shipped the correct pump out, and did not charge a restocking fee on the incorrect pump. New pump is in and tractor works great! Customer service was great!
